Head down to the bustling local night market at Road 60, where you can find a plethora of street vendors selling an array of local food. You will find some exciting bugs on display that are edible, such as grasshoppers, crickets, coconut worms, and even tarantulas—of course, you are more than welcome to try them if you dare! All had been stir-fried in a sauce of spring onions, soya sauce, chilli, garlic and sugar.
Continue by Vespa to a hidden local restaurant for a sit-down dinner. Enjoy several authentic Khmer dishes such as amok, beef lok lak, or traditional soups, paired with a local drink. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Cambodian food culture and dining customs.
