Live Performance: The Pulse of Culture

Graceful dancers in flowing hanfu emerge from the shifting landscapes, weaving between tables with elegance and fragrance. The evening crescendos with the dramatic art of Sichuan Opera face changing, performed to the pulse of modern rock rhythms. In a dazzling instant, vibrant masks appear and vanish, leaving audiences astonished. Guided by Panda Chef “Cheng BaoBao,” the menu unfolds as a journey through China’s culinary heritage. The adventure begins in Jiangnan with Four Delicacies, where intricate knife work reflects the brilliance of wisdom. Travelling north, the timeless Peking Duck arrives in perfected form, with crispy skin and tender meat, honouring the loyalty and dedication of master craftsmen.

From the west comes a bold reinvention of Mapo Tofu with wagyu beef and fresh lobster, symbolising the honour of culinary innovation. The journey continues with refreshing Sour Soup Fish, the fragrant depth of Herbal Hot Pot, and the cultural fusion of Hong Kong Dim Sum. The evening concludes with Sweet Fermented Glutinous Rice Balls, a modern interpretation of tradition that blends nostalgia with surprise.
