You’ll begin with a 1-hour Shameless Dance experience held in a private garden, followed by a Beach Ritual by the sea. 1. Arrival & Presence: a guided moment of presence to arrive fully in the body and quiet the mind, using silent disco headphones to deepen focus and inner awareness. 2. Embodied Strength & Erotic Energy: a conscious, strength-based movement session focused on legs, glutes, and core, where fitness is felt rather than performed. This naturally flows into a Shameless Dance phase, supported by headphones, where movement arises from within — grounded, embodied, and sensual — allowing erotic energy to be experienced as an inner force rather than a performance. 3. Beach Ritual: after the session, the journey continues by the sea with a Beach Ritual that becomes playful and celebratory. Music, drinks, light snacks, barefoot dancing on the sand, and simple group games create a relaxed atmosphere to integrate what has been awakened in the body through joy, movement, and shared presence.
