Know before you book

  • Pick up details will be sent to your email within 24 hours after we receive the booking. Kindly make sure you have inserted your hotel name or accommodation address on your booking.
  • If pick up/drop off at your hotel entrance is not available we will provide a near meeting point.
  • Hotel pick up transport is made with a driver, on a bus or minibus, previous to tour start time, depending on your hotel location (time of pick up is normally made between 05am to 07am). The driver will take you to a meeting point where your guide and driver will receive you and start the tour.
  • In accordance with UK consumer law, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
