What you can expect

  • Embark with Blue Front on a dolphin watching tour in Sesimbra and discover the Professor Luís Saldanha Marine Park on board a family boat.

    Observe dolphins in their natural habitat. The most commonly sighted species are the common bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus) and the common dolphin (Delphinus delphis). Occasionally, Ocean Sunfish, sharks, whales, or killer whales can also be seen.

    The tour is accompanied by a local marine biologist who speaks fluent Portuguese, English, and French, sharing knowledge about the behaviour, biology, and conservation of these animals, making the experience educational, engaging, and accessible to visitors of different nationalities.

    As the animals live in the wild, sightings can never be guaranteed. However, our team's experience allows us to maximise the likelihood of encountering them.
