Many of the sites are linked to George Washington, where he lived, his favourite restaurant and church. You'll see and get a feeling for the history of the city. The tour is all outside and you can go 24/7/365. It's guided by your smart phone (GPS) and is location aware playing the stories as you walk. Alexandria History Museum at The Lyceum (Pass by)
The tour starts at the Alexandria History Museum at the Lyceum where you'll hear about it's history. You'll also see a site in the road from the Civil war and learn the role Alexandria played then.
