We will unveil them all. How much time do we cook the meat? How hot the grill must be? How to place each cut of meat? These question and many more will find an answer in my beautiful gardel near to the heat of the fire. Also, throughout the night we will show you the cultural meaning of an argentinian asado, that is linked to the genesis of our national identity.
