The experience combines manual cooking, tradition and conviviality, ending to tasting your own arancini, to filling cannoli shells, and enjoying Sicilian wine together, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
What you’ll do
You’ll prepare a full meal of 4-course, step by step with the chef, in seven preparation: prepare ricotta cream, make panelle, filling arancini, fried aubergines, cook sweet and sour onions, compose salad and realise cannoli shells at the end. The focus is on ingredients and technique you can replicate at home, with clear explanations and time to ask questions.
