Guests lodging within walking distance from Sliema Ferries (from where the boat departs) must always make their own way to the boat and should arrive at the departure point 20–30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
If you are making your own way to the boat, the departure is from Sliema Ferries, Triq Ix-Xatt, Sliema (in the area opposite the Basilica of Jesus of Nazareth). When you arrive at this location, you need to look for a Turkish gulet (a traditional-design wooden sailing vessel); the name of the boat is the 'Hera'.
The boat is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
Non-foldable wheelchairs cannot be transported in vehicles or on the boat.
Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat.
A cash bar serving some snacks and other drinks is available on the boat. Both cash and credit card payments are accepted at the bar.
