The Savour Siena Tour will introduce you to the Tuscan food culture and Siena's most typical foods, so join us at the Tuscan Wine School for a walk around Siena and for a sit-down tasting to discover its best foods and practices.

Learn about local wine production and taste a typical local white and red wine. Learn to taste extra virgin olive oil and why the Tuscan bread is plain and used in many local recipes. Sample different Pecorino sheep cheeses and distinguish fresco from stagionato with different local honeys. Taste the rare cinta senese, an almost extinct pig that is unique to Siena. Hear of the history of the recipe behind Siena's medieval panpepato, the local pepperbread.
