What you can expect

  • Meet your guide in Sarajevo and head 28 kilometres towards Romanija Mountain, where the adventure begins. From there, take an easy walk along a well-marked trail to the entrance of the via ferrata.

    Before starting the climb, your guide provides a full safety briefing and explains how to properly use the via ferrata equipment. All necessary equipment is provided, including a helmet, harness, and via ferrata set (with carabiners and a lanyard), ensuring your safety throughout the experience.

    Then, begin your climb. Cross suspension bridges and take in stunning views of the mountains. After completing the via ferrata, follow the well-marked trail back to the starting point at the mountain lodge and parking area.
