Once the visitor arrives at the Winery they will be welcomed with coffee in the winter months or a Medio y Medio glass in the summer months in the park.
Later, the Oenologist and Juan Passadore will tell the wonderful storey of the 126-year-old Santa Rosa Winery.
They will visit their Tannat vineyard, an emblematic strain of Uruguay, then they will tour the facilities, they will be able to see their production plant and their machinery. Barrel Room, Barrel Room, Fond de Cave Sparkling Wine Cellar, unique in its style and the longest in its contents, where a Master Class on Winemaking will be held using the Champegnua method and the Museum with wines from 1898.
At the end of the tour you will be able to taste their wines in the underground cellar.
