Accompanied by your guide, follow in the winemaker's footsteps to discover the terroir. As you walk along, you will observe the vines, the nature of the soil, and the balances that shape each vintage. The tour continues in the winery, where you will learn about the winemaking process and the challenges of ageing, which combine tradition with modern precision.
This tour is intentionally exclusive: its content changes depending on the season, the progress of work in the vineyard and the winery, and your specific interests. Therefore, each encounter is unique, shaped by the wine calendar and our interactions.
At the heart of the experience is a rare comparative tasting of the Château Fleur de Lisse vintage currently undergoing ageing. You will taste the wine directly from one of the amphorae where it is slowly maturing, and then from the tap of a large oak barrel, to understand the influence of the containers on the wine’s character and its future identity.
After this introductory immersive experience, it's time for a commented tasting of four wines, including Château Fleur de Lisse and Fontfleurie, our Saint-Emilion Grand Cru wines. The tasting is accompanied by a gourmet platter featuring a selection of cured meats and mature cheeses (a vegetarian option is available on request), creating a moment of sharing and conviviality.
