In this stylish and charming space, you will learn how to make fresh, handmade pasta: starting with simple, wholesome ingredients, you will knead and shape the pasta following the techniques of true Italian tradition.
You will be guided by a passionate team, trained in part thanks to the experience our team has gained in the hospitality and catering industry.
We'll share techniques, fun facts and little culinary secrets with you in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
After the pasta, we'll move on to dessert: tiramisu, which you'll make with your own hands following the classic recipe, enhanced with your personal touch. At the end of the class, we'll sit down together to enjoy everything we've made, accompanied by a good glass of wine.
