What you can expect

Upon arrival, you will be invited to toast with two glasses of Franciacorta, perfect for starting the evening in an elegant and relaxed way. The evening continues with a rich platter from La Prosciutteria, a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, and specialities that enhance the flavours of tradition.

Afterwards, you will enjoy pappardelle with wild boar ragù, with an intense and enveloping taste. As the main course, you will be served a tender beef cheek in red wine, slow-cooked to achieve a soft texture and a deep flavour, accompanied by a glass of wine of your choice, either white or red.
