Menu options: Bahian Moqueca Make some authentic Moqueca, a seafood coconut stew, paired with toasted 'farofa' with banana and white rice.

Wash these dishes down with bottomless Caipirinhas, made with limes and Brazilian rum.

For starters, you'll cook tapioca crisps, butter manioc, cassava sticks as well as okra sticks and pepper jam. For dessert, delight your taste buds with an incredible brigadeiro, Brazil's take on chocolate fudge, for dessert.

Picanha Steak
Cook the perfect Picanha in the oven, along with toasted 'forofa' with banana and cooked cassava in butter sauce.

Mix as many Caipirinhas as you wish and enjoy the same starters and dessert as the first menu option: flambéed okra with onions, seared white cheese with pepper jam, and brigadeiro.

This experience is also offered in French.
