We will pick you up at the coordination point in the morning to start the trip out of the city. The route to Piedras Rojas and Lagunas Altiplanicas will take us through important tourist places within the Atacama Desert. To get to the Piedras Rojas lagoon, or Aguas Calientes salt flat as it is also known, we will have to climb in our vehicle to 3800 metres of altitude and walk for 1 hour and 15 minutes, to see these copper-colored rocks, as well as the lagoons and salt flats around. Subsequently, we will move to the sector of the Altiplanic Miscanti and Miñiques lagoons, where our guide will give us some explanations regarding the flora and fauna that inhabit the place. Likewise, we will make a stop at the Chaxa lagoon, where you can see flamingos. In the same way, we will pass through Socaire and the Tropic of Capricorn, where we will make a short stop to take photographs. Then, we will return to San Pedro de Atacama to finish our tour.
