The second stop is the first street food stop: you will eat a local delicacy, LA PIADINA. Piadina is a traditional Italian flatbread that is popular in the Emilia-Romagna region. It is a staple food in many Italian households and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. The bread is made with flour, water, and salt, and is typically cooked on a hot griddle or stone. The piadina can be filled with a variety of ingredients, such as cheese, cured meats, vegetables, or spreads. One popular filling is stracchino cheese and prosciutto, a classic combination that is both savoury and satisfying.
