Soon, the ringing of a bell will catch your attention. At that moment, you'll be transported back in time as you see the Countess of Miravalle in full regalia, who will guide you through the old manor house, the chapel, the tasting room, and the private wine cellar.
Along the way, the Count of Miravalle will eloquently talk about wine production in the region, the history of the hacienda, and other popular tales.
Upon arriving at the carriage house, take part in an elegant vice-regal dance led by the Count of Miravalle. At the end of the dance, a Lavino wine-based drink awaits you.
A leisurely walk will take you to the vineyard area and old granaries to learn about wine and its extreme viticulture.
The experience ends with your return to the main house of the hacienda.
