Know before you book
- Children 12 and younger are not allowed. You must be at least 18 years of age to ride solo.
- You must weigh less than 230 pounds (140 kg) to use the ziplines.
- If you have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
- A fully refundable deposit of 10USD must be left in cash for the use of lockers.
- Cameras are not permitted during our adventure activities except for head-mounted GoPros or similar devices.
- Return transport is available from most centrally located Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is outside coverage you will be asked to meet at a nearby location.
- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time.
- Pregnant guests are not able to participate in this activity.
