08:00–09:00 | Lan Village – Traditional Silk Weaving Experience
Visit a local Thai household in Lan Village and discover the traditional silk-weaving process, from silkworm cocoons to finished textiles. Learn about this long-standing craft and try your hand at weaving while gaining insight into the daily life and traditions of the local community.
09:00–09:45 | Visit Pho Doan Local Market (Thursday & Sunday Only)
On Thursdays and Sundays, explore Pho Doan Local Market, where ethnic minority communities gather to trade regional specialities, fresh produce, traditional foods, and handmade goods. Browse the colourful stalls, purchase local delicacies, and find unique souvenirs to bring home as gifts. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the authentic daily life and vibrant culture of the local communities.
On other days, the tour continues with the regular itinerary.
09:45–10:00 | Journey to Chieng Lau Village
Continue through the scenic countryside, enjoying views of green valleys, rice fields, and traditional villages.
10:00–10:45 | Scenic Trek to Cham Stream
Explore Chieng Lau Village and discover traditional farming practices and its historic water wheels, which are still used by local residents. Then enjoy a scenic walk along village trails and rice fields towards Cham Stream, with a stop at a traditional local house to learn more about local customs and rural life.
10:45–11:30 | Bamboo Rafting on Cham Stream
Board a traditional bamboo raft and gently float along Cham Stream, surrounded by lush greenery, rice fields, and peaceful village scenery. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and observe everyday life along the water. During warm weather, there may be an opportunity to swim if conditions are safe.
11:30–12:30 | Lunch on the Bamboo Raft
Enjoy a simple local lunch served on the raft, surrounded by the peaceful natural scenery of Pu Luong.
13:00–16:00 | Afternoon Nature Experience
Depending on local conditions, weather, and tour arrangements, your guide will take you to one of the following experiences:
Option 1: Hieu Waterfall – Relax amid lush jungle scenery, enjoy the refreshing atmosphere, and admire one of Pu Luong’s beautiful natural highlights.
Option 2: Kho Muong Village & Bat Cave – Trek through scenic countryside to the remote village of Kho Muong, then explore Bat Cave and its impressive limestone formations.
16:30 - 17:00 | Return to Your Lodge
Return to your accommodation in Pu Luong after a day of cultural encounters, scenic trekking, and nature exploration.
