Experience a private sound healing journey inside Xochimilco Ecological Park, a protected natural reserve in Mexico City. We will board a traditional trajinera — a colourful flat-bottom wooden boat that navigates a lake, part of the historic canals. Unlike the lively party boats many visitors expect, this experience takes place in the quiet ecological reserve, offering a peaceful and immersive setting. During our two-hour ride across the lake, you’ll be surrounded by native vegetation, ahuejote trees, aquatic plants, and chinampa farmland. The reserve is home to herons, ducks, migratory birds, and other wildlife that thrive in this ecosystem. At one of the most serene areas of the lake, you’ll be guided through a private meditation and live sound bath. The instruments blend with the natural sounds of birds and water, creating a deeply relaxing experience. Light snacks and natural drinks are offered on the way back. After we disembark, there will be time to use the bathrooms before returning to the original meeting point in Roma Norte. Please note that road transport between Roma Norte and the park takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours each way, depending on traffic.
