From here, it's time for probably the highlight of the day for any foodie – the chance to learn to prepare some classic Greek dishes. With the help of a professional chef, in a pretty open-air restaurant, you'll put together a feast of Greek fare, with a uniquely Santorini spin – and leave with all the recipes ready to take home. A vegetarian option is available. Finally, enjoy the fruits of your labours! Savour the 3-course menu you've prepared washed down with some of Santorini's excellent wines.
