Hi there!
We’ll meet at Hanshin Nishinomiya Station — Ebisu (South) Exit at 2:00pm.
After you exit the ticket gates, walk straight south and go down the stairs at the far end. You’ll see McDonald’s on your left — that’s our meeting spot. From there, you can reach the Hakushika Sake Brewery Museum in a few ways:
15-minute walk
5-minute taxi (about ¥1,000, at your own expense)
10-minute bus (¥250 per person, at your own expense)
We’ll finish back at Nishinomiya Station for convenience.
Hakushika is one of 26 breweries in Hyogo, but the only one with an admission fee — showing how special it is. Your admission and first sake tasting are included. Want more? Extra tastings are available at your own pace. Inside, you’ll explore the museum, learn about sake culture, and taste several Hakushika varieties.
I’m your guide — a former sushi chef and certified wine sommelier — so you’ll get fun stories, insider tips, and hands-on guidance. After the tour, I can introduce local restaurants and izakayas for free, or you can join my One-Day Sushi Experience to make nigiri sushi from scratch.
The tour runs about 2.5 hours. Our usual start time is 2:00 PM, but hey — life happens. If you need a different time between 10:00 and 2:00, just let me know and I’ll make it work for you.
By the end, you’ll walk away with great memories and a real feel for the world of sake.
