During this private 12h tour from Mexico City, you will connect with nature in an active way – go on an quad bike tour, visit beautiful waterfalls, do (or learn) water skiing or wakeboarding & explore Valle de Bravo – one of the most beautiful “Magical Towns” in Mexico.
Itinerary
In the morning, meet your guide at your accommodation in Mexico City & head to Valle de Bravo – a “Magical Town” on Lake Avándaro, west of Mexico City. The lake, surrounded by wooded mountains, is a centre for water sports. After enjoying the view from one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the area, we will go to explore Valle de Bravo. Its historic centre is famous for its cobblestone streets that line up with well-preserved colonial buildings, such as the 17th century Church of San Francisco de Asís. The setting here is reminiscent of the northern Italian lakes, with thickly wooded, mist-clad hills and red terracotta roofing used throughout the town.
Then, we will take an quad bike tour with a local guide to visit 2 beautiful waterfalls – 35m & 20m high. After an optional lunch in a local restaurant, we will go for a private boat ride to do (or learn – boat driver will instruct you how) waterskiing or wakeboarding (you choose). If you are not in the mood for water sports you can just ride “air donut” or relax & enjoy the surrounding beauty. After a full day of discoveries, return to our vehicle & relax on the way back to Mexico City.
