Overview

  • Skip crowded buses and rushed schedules and enjoy a private, flexible day trip from Bucharest into the heart of Transylvania. Travel at your own pace, with personal attention, scenic routes, and time to truly experience Romania’s most famous landmarks.

Leave Bucharest behind and journey through the scenic Prahova Valley, heading towards the Carpathian Mountains. Your first stop is Sinaia, known as the “Pearl of the Carpathians,” where you visit Peleș Castle, the former summer residence of the Romanian Royal Family, set in a beautiful mountain forest.

Continue to Bran Castle, often called “Dracula’s Castle,” and explore the stories, legends, and historical realities connected to Vlad the Impaler and medieval Transylvania.

The day concludes in Brașov, one of Romania’s most charming medieval towns. Enjoy time in the Old Town, with its cobblestone streets, colourful houses, and rich Saxon heritage, before returning comfortably to Bucharest.
