Moon Hill: Yangshuo's Natural Wonder Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Yangshuo, Moon Hill (月亮山) stands as a breathtaking testament to the power of nature. This is a classic karst peak, formed from limestone that was slowly eroded by rainwater over millions of years. Its most distinctive feature is a large, circular natural arch near the summit, which is about 50 metres wide and 50 metres high. As the name suggests, this arch resembles a full moon hanging in the sky. However, depending on your viewing angle, it can appear as a full moon, a half-moon, or a crescent.
