Of course, there is flexibility if there’s a specific dish you’ve tried in Crete and loved, we’re happy to adjust the menu to include it, whenever possible. What You’ll Cook and Taste During your experience, you’ll prepare a selection of traditional Cretan dishes: Fresh Cretan salad is similar to the Greek salad with some extra Cretan flavours. Tzatziki is a creamy yoghurt dip with garlic and cucumber. Bougourdi is a baked feta with tomato, peppers and herbs. Lamb Kleftiko or the Thieves` Dinner slow cooked lamb with herbs, potatoes and rich flavours. Individual Cretan pies stuffed with goat cheese served with thyme honey as desert. Homemade dessert to finish your meal.
