Activity itinerary

Parc de Montjuic

  • 30m
To start the day, we will take you to the Montjuïc Mountain, from where you can enjoy the fabulous panoramic views of the city. The mountain, originally used as a strategic place to defend the city against attacks, is now home to the famous Miró foundation and the Caixa Forúm. These and other buildings on the mountain, are examples of modern art and contemporary architecture. The Montjuïc also includes examples of town planning and architecture especially designed for the 1929 International Exhibition.

Las Ramblas (Pass by)

To reach Barcelona's coastline, we will drive through Las Ramblas, the very famous avenue of the city.

Port Vell (Old Port) (Pass by)

Heading to Barcelona’s coast, you will pass by the Columbus Monument and the Gothic Drassanes. The beach is surrounded by the most modern architecture, best represented by the World Trade Centre and the transformed Old Port. Maintaining its authentic charm, Port Vell is now full of restaurants, nightclubs and fantastic shops.

Mirador de Colom (Pass by)

We will pass in front of the famous Columbus Monument, a tall monument to Christopher Columbus at the lower end of La Rambla.

Gothic Quarter (Barri Gotic)

  • 2h 30m
Stroll through the Gothic Quarter, known as one of the districts that are part of Ciutat Vella, the old town of the city. In Ciutat Vella, cradle of Barcelona's history, you will experience a harmonious mix of modernity with Roman and medieval imprints. There you will learn about the Catalan traditions and Barcelona’s origins, while exploring the enchanting corners, scenic plazas and the slender alleys of the Gothic quarter.

Placa de Sant Jaume (Pass by)

You will be able to pass by Plaça Sant Jaume, one of the main, oldest and most representative squares of Ciutat Vella.

Barcelona Cathedral (Pass by)

You will have the chance to admire the façade of the gothic cathedral of Barcelona, seat of the archbishopric of Barcelona

Eixample District

  • 1h
We will drive through the Eixample district, designed by Ildefons Cerdà after 1895 , to expand the city. (The word “Eixample” actually means “expansion” in Catalan). Passing by the streets of this elegant area, you will note that Cerdà’s idea of urban planning was revolutionary and utopian.

Basilica de la Sagrada Familia (Pass by)

Marvel at the facade of the breathtaking Sagrada Familia. It is considered as the most emblematic landmark of Barcelona. The organic shapes found throughout its structure, the light filtering through its stained glass windows and the symbolic nature of the building’s sculpted façade will probably be the highlight of this tour.

Parc Guell

  • 1h 30m
  • Admission ticket included
Marvel at Parc Güell, located above the charming, bohemian area of Gràcia. The architecture in the park was inspired by organic forms, found in nature. You will discover narrow alleys with undulating forms, like rivers of molten lava, which are covered by columns shaped like trees, stalactites and other geometric shapes.

Passeig de Gracia

  • 30m
The luxurious Passeig de Gràcia, with its typical Catalan architecture. The avenue is home to the most impressive façades of modernist buildings, counting Gaudi’s La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Casa Lleó - Morera or Casa Ametller.

Casa Mila - La Pedrera (Pass by)

Admire the atypical shape of La Pedrera, one of Gaudi's impressive houses.

Casa Batllo (Pass by)
