This private, hands-on culinary experience offers a unique opportunity to learn how to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes from scratch while discovering the history, culture, and stories behind the food. Begin by learning essential Vietnamese cooking techniques and flavour principles as you prepare a seasonal menu that may include phở noodle soup, crispy eggrolls, banana blossom salad, and other regional specialities.
