Begin the morning with a calm, energising run through Prague at sunrise, when the city is quiet and empty. This guided experience follows a scenic route along the Vltava River, offering views of Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and hidden riverside spots – without crowds or rush.

The run is led by a Czech national champion and designed to work well for groups with mixed fitness levels. Participants can run, jog or power-walk, with natural regrouping points along the way.
