You can also choose between 11am or 7pm. At the farm you can choose the menu, but not in Porto, because the conditions are different.

The programme will have the following structure:

  • 10:30am: Arrival
  • 11:00am: Presentation of the raw foods and full explanation of the history of the dishes and their preparation, giving tips for success.
  • 12:30pm: Starters: codfish fritters, roasted chorizo with cornbread and olives. Tasting of the selected wines and their characteristics.
  • Main Dish preparation: ex. Codfish with cornbread, Roast pork with saffron baked rice.
  • Dessert Preparation: ex. Custard tarts.
  • 1:00 pm: Lunch tasting.
