What you can expect

  • On Alcúdia Beach, the outdoor Yoga and Pilates class offers a calming and invigorating experience. The activity begins with a deep breathing session, guided by Paquita and her 30 years of experience, to harmonise body and mind. Then, a series of Yoga and Pilates postures are performed, suitable for all levels, with a special focus on alignment and relaxation. The sound of the waves and the sea breeze create a serene atmosphere, ideal for reconnecting with yourself and enjoying the exceptional natural setting.
    The session will conclude with a glass of tea.
