All our chefs are very fluent in English so you will have no problem understanding step by step instructions. They would be able to give much more information and answer all your doubts you might have regarding ingredients or other questions you have about thai cooking. Most importantly, you will also learn about the replacement of the important ingredients that you could use at home if that ingredient is not available. Cooking is done in a clean kitchen.
