Arrive at the airport of Albania's capital, Tirana. Pick up your 4x4 SUV car and begin your off-road adventure to Lake Bovilla, located near the city. Then continue north to Krujë to visit its famous fortress and traditional market. Explore the charming handicraft stalls and the historic mountain fortress of Krujë — the hometown of Albanian national hero Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg, who led the resistance against the Ottoman Empire.
