You’ll then choose your preferred herbs and essential oils, learning how to blend them to suit your mood or health goals.

Next, you’ll dive into the hands-on crafting process, assembling your herbal inhaler step by step. Guided by our instructor, you’ll carefully combine the ingredients and create a custom inhaler. Finally, you’ll leave with your handcrafted inhaler, ready to enjoy the soothing effects anytime, whether you're at home, work, or on the go. Throughout the workshop, you'll engage with other participants, share ideas, and immerse yourself in the therapeutic art of natural wellness.
