Together, we will make two traditional types of pasta using fresh ingredients and a lot of passion. After the preparation, we will taste our creations, accompanied by unlimited local wine. The atmosphere is relaxed and convivial, with small groups (8 people maximum) to ensure personalised attention and a personal touch. During this hands-on experience, you will learn how to make two types of traditional fresh pasta from scratch, using simple techniques that you can easily replicate at home. Each pasta dish will be paired with a classic Italian sauce, allowing you to discover the authentic flavours of Italian cuisine.

The class is designed especially for beginners, so no prior cooking experience is required. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the experience takes place in small groups, ensuring that everyone can participate and enjoy the process.
