I will receive you in my wine bar to discover pairing of wine and cheese.
We will start with a brief description of wine history and the particularity of french landscapes (type of wines, grapes, climate,…)
We will learn how to taste wines with a simple method : see, smell, taste.

We will then taste :

• 2 glasses of white wine
• 2 glasses of red wine
• 1 glass of champagne
  Each wine will be paired with a cheese, so you can discover how they interact together.

I will give you some explanations and guide you through the tasting.
