What you can expect

This is a magical tour to enjoy the sea breeze, accompanied by a guide who specialises in the route. The mini buggy can seat 2 people. Our stops are as follows: Yumaque Beach: This small, sheltered, crescent-shaped cove is approximately 2 kilometres (1.2 miles) long. Its name comes from Quechua and means “Place where you can catch [shellfish] by hand,” as it is possible to gather small mollusks known as “palabritas.” The giant penguin, named Inkayacu paracasensis in honour of the Paracas National Reserve, was discovered in this area. “Playa Roja” viewpoint: The reddish colour of the shoreline gives this place a unique beauty. This colour is due to its proximity to the Punta Santa María Massif, which is made up of rocks containing solidified magma. The action of the waves on the massif carries reddish fragments of the rocks, which accumulate on the shore, thus giving the beach its name. “Itmos Peninsula” Viewpoint: This is one of the main geographical features of the Peruvian coastline. It is surrounded by the waters of the Pacific Ocean along the coast of the province of Pisco, which belongs to the department of Ica. From here, we can see the entire Paracas Bay. This breathtaking adventure in Paracas is absolutely not to be missed. We depart every 2 hours, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
