Begin your adventure on the calm waters of Monterey Bay with a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) lesson designed for all experience levels. Your instructor will share tips and stories about the local area, pointing out marine life that may include sea otters, harbour seals, and pelicans. The boards are designed for stability, making it easy for beginners and fun for all ages. The session is paced to your comfort, with plenty of time to practice, ask questions, and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the water.

The lesson concludes back at the starting point, where you can return your gear and continue exploring Pacific Grove or the nearby 17 Mile Drive at your own pace.
