What you can expect

Meet the course participants in the dining room of Il Mirto at Residence Altair, in one of the most enchanting natural settings in the Mediterranean.
An introduction to Apulian cuisine and culinary traditions.
We'll hand out the materials you'll need to make homemade pasta.
We'll teach you the techniques for making fresh pasta. Each participant will be guided step by step until they master the techniques for creating pasta.
