Overview

Learn how to cook the pizza with us by cooking it in our wood-fired oven, drinking local wine and listening good music!
You will be welcomed by me and my parents in our house in the countryside a few kilometres from Ostuni.
After the cooking lesson we will eat together what we have cooked enjoying the tranquility of the Apulian countryside.

Some of the ingredients that we will use (such as the tomato sauce or some vegetables) are self-produced so sometimes the pizza may be different depending on the season.
We also offer vegetarian or vegan alternatives! After that you book we can be in touch and you can tell us if you have any preferences.

This experience is perfect if you want to know more about our culture and if you desire to have an authentic travel adventure!

Activity itinerary

We put on the music and you have just to enjoy the slow Apulian countryside finding out how to cook different types of pizza and tasting a good glass of wine! We will cook it in our wood-fired oven and we will taste it all together! The types of pizzas may change according to the season because some ingredients that we use are from our garden. We can make vegetarian/vegan pizza.
