During this experience, which is perfect for both adults and children, my family and I will welcome you to our country home in Ostuni, Puglia. Under our guidance, you will learn not only how to make handmade pasta, traditional starters, and desserts, but also the tricks that make all the difference in our culinary tradition!

If possible, depending on the season, we will harvest and use vegetables and fruit from our garden.

Of course, after cooking, we will enjoy the fruits of our labour together.

At the end of the experience, you will receive the recipes of the dishes so that you can recreate them at home whenever you like!

  Fried sage
  Baked seasonal vegetables with breadcrumbs
  Fried orecchiette

First course:
Handmade orecchiette with seasonal toppings

Dessert:
Tiramisu

Drinks included (one bottle of white, rosé, or red wine for every two people, plus still and sparkling water)
