What you can expect

  • Embark on a breathtaking journey through the heart of nature's masterpiece and history's marvels with our exclusive boat tour, departing from the quaint city of Orșova, nestled in Mehedinți County. This city, cradled by the serene Cerna Bay - a majestic creation following the completion of the Iron Gates I Dam in the early '70s - serves as your gateway to an unforgettable adventure along the Danube River.

Our premier 1.5-hour voyage invites you to explore the awe-inspiring Danube Small Cauldrons, where the tranquil waters meet the grandeur of towering mountains, offering a spectacle unlike any other. This journey isn't just a tour; it's an exploration of nature intertwined with a deep dive into the history that has shaped this land.

Your adventure will lead you to three remarkable landmarks, each with a storey to tell. Witness the ancient Tabula Traiana, standing proud for over 2000 years, and marvel at the Decebalus Rock Sculpture - Europe's tallest and the world's third-largest rock monument, a testament to art and history combined. Also the majestic Mraconia Monastery, are all destinations that await you.

At each site, we pause, allowing you to capture the moment, immerse yourself in the surroundings, and absorb the rich tapestry of stories that each landmark has to offer, narrated by our multilingual audio guide.

Our boat, designed for comfort and intimacy, accommodates 14 guests, ensuring a personalised experience. With an engine for smooth sailing, a sunroof for those sunny days, and an audio guide to enrich your journey, every detail has been considered for your enjoyment.

This tour is crafted for everyone - families seeking bonding time, couples in search of a romantic escape, nature enthusiasts eager to embrace the wild, and history buffs ready to journey through time. Starting and ending at our deck in Orșova, we guarantee a relaxed, comfortable, and enriching experience, making memories that last a lifetime.

As pioneers of boat tours in this region since 2005, our mission goes beyond mere sightseeing. We're here to create meaningful experiences, connecting you with our history and culture amidst stunning landscapes. Join us on this voyage, and let's sail through the pages of history together, surrounded by the beauty of the Danube Small Cauldrons.
