Hotel Pick-up Pick-up times may vary. Confirm the time the day before. Participation Requirements SUP: Ages 12–59 Canoe: Ages 3–65 Not for pregnant guests, kids under 3, or those with health issues. Contact us if unsure. If You’re Anxious Worried about fitness or water? Contact us in advance. Safety & Equipment Life jackets required. No participation without safety gear. Follow your guide’s instructions. Weather Tours run in light rain but may be cancelled if unsafe. Clothing & Preparation Wear clothes that can get wet. No toilets—please go beforehand. No alcohol before or during the tour. Shower Facilities Showers available at the office. Bring a towel and dry clothes. Wet clothes may prevent ferry boarding. Languages Tours are in Japanese or English. May be Japanese-only depending on the day.
