Once you arrive, you’ll slip into a comfy work apron perfect for getting in the creative mood.
The guide will tell you about the history of Japanese calligraphy, giving you a glimpse into this beautiful traditional art.

Then it’s time to pick up the brush!
Our instructor will show you step-by-step how to write using traditional techniques, making it easy and fun even for beginners. You’ll practice writing your favourite kanji or word, and enjoy seeing your progress with each stroke.

At the end, you’ll write your chosen character on a decorative shikishi board to take home a one-of-a-kind keepsake full of heart and meaning.
