You start with a short guided tour and take a look behind the scenes of a Franconian butcher shop and our almost legendary BRATWURSThotel
The Sausage Experience is more than just a factory tour; the name Experience is lived.
Not just watching and consuming, the motto is participating.
You get involved and make your own sausage speciality under the guidance of master butcher Claus Böbel. You'll see: It's fun!
Removing bones, cutting meat, weighing spices, filling sausages…
Afterwards, you can enjoy the sausage you made in our kitchen. You sit around the stove as a kitchen helper. In fact, you're more than just a pot watcher. You will help prepare the 5-course menu. You will also receive tips and tricks from Monika Böbel on how to prepare the BRATWURST.
To finish, there will be a little quiz about the speciality you have made, with an original prize for the winner
If you wish, you can also spend the night at the BRATWURSThotel after the event: sleep under the BRATWURST sky.
Info: You can take as many of these self-made BRATWÜRSTE home with you as you like at a unit price of 1.90 euros. We vacuum-seal them. Then they can be kept for 3 days in the refrigerator or 360 days in the freezer.
