What you can expect

Reception of the guests with the welcome aperitif during which our painting will be in tasting our - “Sosó” Fiano e Bianco D’Alessano IGP Salentoaccompanied by Tarallini Apulian. Guided tour in the cellar and, during the tour in the barricia, tasting of a primitive stapled directly from the barrique. At the end of the guided tour, tasting of our Primitivo di Manduria DOP and to finish our extra virgin olive oil Jarche on homemade friselline.
