What you can expect
Starting from Taormina, Catania, Syracuse, or Porto, this private tour will take you on one of Sicily's most fascinating itineraries, where the Baroque of Noto, a UNESCO heritage site, meets the local wine tradition.
Crossing the landscapes of Sicily, you'll reach Noto, often called the “stone garden” for the harmony of its Baroque architecture. Strolling along the famous Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the monumental heart of the city, you'll discover some of the most iconic places in the historic centre.
During the visit, you'll admire Palazzo Nicolaci, famous for its balconies decorated with mythological figures carved in stone, Palazzo Ducezio, home to the town hall with the evocative Hall of Mirrors and the panoramic terrace overlooking the Cathedral, and the refined Teatro Tina Di Lorenzo, a historic 19th-century theatre.
As a private tour, the experience can be tailored to your needs, allowing you to experience Noto with greater freedom among squares, elegant historic buildings, and baroque views.
The journey continues through the hills of the Netina countryside, a Mediterranean landscape of vineyards, olive groves, and citrus groves that tells the storey of Sicily's agricultural soul.
Here you'll reach a winery surrounded by nature, where tradition and innovation meet. You'll be welcomed in a charming 18th-century baglio, the heart of the property, and you'll discover the wine's journey from vineyard to bottle by visiting the vineyards, the winery, and the barrique cellar, where the wines mature in oak barrels.
The experience ends with a guided tasting of 6 wines, accompanied by Sicily IGP extra virgin olive oil and typical local products.

Azisa, from which the name Zisola is derived, means “splendid”: a white wine made from Grillo grapes.
Contrada Zisola – Catarratto Terre Siciliane IGT
100% Catarratto, a historic Sicilian grape variety. Thanks to the estate's terroir and sapling cultivation, a fresh, balanced, and long-lived wine is born.
Zisola - Noto Rosso DOC
The new style of Nero d'Avola: sapling-grown grapes near Noto, where the sea and calcareous soils give the wine freshness and elegance.
Achilles - Syrah Sicilia DOC
A pure Syrah that expresses great personality thanks to the area's calcareous soils and dry climate.
Effe Emme – Terre Siciliane IGT
Petit Verdot in purity, born from the encounter between the terroir of Noto and a great international grape variety. A unique wine, crafted with great precision.
Doppiozeta – Noto Rosso DOC
A Sicilian icon and Nero d'Avola “cru” from the best company plots. It's made from organic viticulture, natural fermentation, and no filtration.
