    Flights can happen on the north side, usually in the morning, or on the south side after 11:00 a.m. Flights can last between 5 and 15 minutes, depending on the intensity and direction of the wind.

Welcome to the most beautiful view of Rio de Janeiro and the Atlantic Ocean Region of Niterói, from the Parque da Cidade de Niterói.

You'll be welcomed by the most experienced team of instructors, accredited by the Brazilian Hang Gliding Confederation and approved by the International Aeronautical Federation (FAI). You can also hire us, in a separate package, to fly in São Conrado, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, paragliding or hang gliding. Don't forget to check out the hundreds of photos we've posted here.

Meet at the takeoff ramp yard of Niterói City Park. You'll be guided to the site to fill out the takeoff authorisation form and pay for the mandatory insurance, which is already included in the price. After that, you'll be taken to the takeoff ramp according to the prevailing wind. The flight will take place facing the City of Rio de Janeiro, landing at Charitas Beach, or towards the Oceânica Region with a view of the Atlantic Ocean, landing on the shores of the Piratininga Lagoon or Piratininga Beach, depending on the wind intensity. After these activities, you'll receive the flight images and will be released or brought back to the initial meeting point for free.

The whole experience lasts about 1.5 hours, with the flight itself lasting up to 15 minutes, depending on the wind. It can go up to 30 minutes on special occasions when it's safe.
